Job Summary

As the Below-Wing Coordinator, you are the director of the tarmac. You will oversee a dedicated team of ramp agents to execute flawless, on-time aircraft turnarounds. Leadership Responsibilities

• Safety Auditing: Conduct real-time safety observations, ensuring all personnel are wearing PPE, practicing safe lifting, and adhering to strict "circle of safety" equipment rules.
